What’s the first point that enters your mind when pull-up bars get in a discussion?

I’m presuming it’s pull-ups. Not me! It’s the vision of somebody dangling from bench, doing an exercise they incorrectly categorize as pull-ups because their kind is past awful.

Stop when your chin clears the bar as well as hold for a second. Gradually lower yourself down until your arms are fully extended and repeat.

For a variation, turn your hands around into an underhand grasp. These are called chin-ups as well as they will put more focus on your biceps.
